I'm 5'2", weighed from 135 to 147 and it fit just fine. I'm listing it as a size 12 but should fit a 10 as well. Shoulder to hem, 20"; cuff to shoulder seam, 211/2"; bottom width, 39". Hand wash, line dry. Never worn anywhere.
