Did you buy these in the UK or the US? They say 8 on the bottom of the shoe and as far as I know, Gucci doesn't change the size depending on the locale.

@thebuff91 hi, just reread your comment, you are correct. Gucci does not change their size based on locale. All men’s shoes are listed in UK sizing. You can visit their website for a size comparison.
