princessjuju I had to send back my black bag due to severe creasing then they replaced the bag and the second one was substantially more ‘squishy’. I’m in the market for buying this bag but have had bad luck so far from Gucci online. Is your bag in perfect condition? Is the leather soft? Is the bag slightly still stiff feeling and not fully soft since it’s new? Are there any stains inside or weird creasing anywhere on the bag? Would you take pictures of the bottom of the bag and the sides?
