This was heavily used by me, I loved it and it shows! Most of the heavy wear is on the interior, I had makeup and anti bac explosions so the pockets are stretched and the inside is soiled. Signs of creasing and wear all over as shown, small discoloration on the bottom, bag losing some shape on the bottom.
