2020closetchic @lkolasinski that’s a tough question. I personally don’t find it to be either. When you say flat grey that sounds stale and I think the color of this bag is rich and it pops more than just grey in color. It definitely does not look metallic to me. I’m sorry I hope that helps. Pictures and flash can be tricky.
