Gucci wool blazer FW 92 Tom Ford era

Gucci vintage wool blazer from FW ‘92 by Tom Ford. A historically important piece from the archives of Gucci.. As evident from the tag, this Gucci blazer - made from 100% wool - is from their Fall Winter 1992 collection. A very rare collectible piece, especially one in such excellent condition, as this. This was when Tom Ford was 2 years in as womenswear designer, & just starting to make his mark on the esteemed Italian fashion house. The blazer is beautifully tailored, and features epaulettes on both shoulders. Ornamental hardware (engraved with the Gucci logo) are designed into the top of the lapels, which can be flipped inwards to form a high neck, mandarin collar of sorts. A sophisticated & powerful piece which has all the hallmarks of Ford’s genius in the making. Size on label: 42IT Measurement estimates Bust 33.5” Waist 31.5” Height 25” In very good condition. No visible damages, flaws or signs of alterations. 1 button a little bit more loose than the rest.
