Guess Annette Skinny Mid Jeans

Omg these are so cute and stretchy. But the waist is not stretchy that's a solid 12 inches across and I cannot get these over my hips. Well I can but it's a pain and a process, lol. The legs and the butt area really give but not the waist. So if you have smaller hips and a bum these are perfect. Yeah I'd say they fit more like a 24
