This dress can be worn as a dress or as a flowy top tucked into some dark jeans or a skirt. Guess really gave this fun little number the *~ole razzle dazzle jazz hands~* up top for the collar area and it is styled like a halter top. The fabric below the collar is mix between a black silk and black velvet to give off that subtle hint of zebra-like detailing. There is a zipper on the left-hand, underarm. There are no holes, stains, or tears. 🖤
