On the inside there is a stamp about materials, size, place of manufacture.

Well, if nothing is inside at heels, or sides or at top/front underside, then they are not leather and are made in China. It is a legal requirement to mark materials too. Too bad, I really like them, but I only wear leather. Thanks though.
