lindaloveex @rosajoya hi good morning, I'm sorry for the delay, I have measured it flatly across the bust in inches and centimeters, it seems to be 14" across, but this does have a surplice opening on the front that can be opened and spread. lindaloveex in the last image I included arm pit to arm pit :-) the bust is a little hard to measure because of the opening that can be opened more while laying flat
