Guess Chiffon & tweed dress

I swear I never worn. I took the tags off thinking I would end up wearing it, but it's been sitting in my closet for sometime now. The top has a tie you can loosen or tighten in the back. The shoulders are sheer. The skirt has pockets, and there's an invisible zipper on the left side.
