Guess Collection Vintage Black Dressy Mini Skirt Pockets Zippers Belt Loops Size 8 This mini skirt is so cute! It is size 8, black, has two hook and bar closures as well as a zipper. There are belt loops, two zippers that zip and look like pockets on each side, but the pockets are fake. Under one of the fake pockets is an actual pocket with a flap closure. The material is a bit hard to explain - it's smooth and feels almost waterproof. It doesn't have a cotton feel - similar to board shorts I guess. That's the best way to describe it - hopefully that makes sense. The length is 12 inches and can be worn at many different occasions - very versatile.
