Guess brand blue patterned dress. Fabric is silky and lightweight. Faux leather detail in back that button at top, as well as faux leather cap sleeves. Ruching at the hip area gives the form fitting dress some dramatic flair - please be aware that it won’t be quite so dramatic on a real human as my dress form is all butt and no thighs (literally).
