tcbc You say when you say length from shoulder what do you mean

kmcewan @tcbc I place the tape measure from the top of the shoulder to the end of the dress ( hemline) to get an approximate length to give someone an idea of where the dress would hit length wise. Sometimes there’s not a model like in this case so there’s a good visual.
