Guess Jeans lowcut summer dress

Adorable summer dress by Guess Jeans. Lowcut bodice made from black soft and stretchy fabric with bright colored chiffon skirt that is fully lined. Open back with tie string for a feminine detail. 3/4 length sleeves with ruching at the cuff. It has belt loops (shown in photos) but no belt is included. It looks good without or add your own. Belt loops can be cut off by you if you would like. Size 7 - may also fit size XS or small - please see all photos for approximate measurements.
