Guess Jeans skinny stretch size 31 dark blue

One of the tags was torn out, but the size is 31 (I believe size 8 U.S,) Guess sizing indicates 31.5-32.5 inches in the waist and 42-43 hips. Good condition, no damage other than the missing tag.
