shalimarfaye @queenrobinbird it’s 12.5” FLAT across, not circumference. Why would I be hiding the measurement? This doesn’t do me any good.

queenrobinbird @shalimarfaye A size 24 is at least a 44 inch around the waist, so laid flat and measured it would have to be 22" across. I am seriously not trying to argue, I was just trying to clarify to purchase. thank you ;)
