Guess skirted ruffle tiered trench raincoat. Size XS. Sold through Victoria's Secret exclusively and unavailable everywhere. Detachable hood. There is very slight fray at the hood. Unnoticeable when worn, and detachable hood makes the jacket a superb trench in it's own. Epaulettes at shoulders. From a smoke and pet free environment.
