Guess Y2K low rise flare raw hem jeans

Reposhing this item I purchased from @pattibrainbows. Loved it, but the size is too small for me. Please be aware the tag says 28 but will best fit a size 2-4 US as they’re very low rise and the waist band has minimal stretch.
