Guess black velvet and patent leather heels size 9 1/2

These black velvet and patent leather 5” high heels with 1” platform in front have an open toe and are very comfortable. There are a few scuffs at toe and heel, see if pictures, there is still a lot of life in these shoes, size 9 1/2
