Guess brand dress top

Nothing to say except this is one of the most gorgeous and unique tops I've ever owned. I wore it one time last April. It's amazing. I would never part with it but it is wrong size now. It's a deep v neck front and bell sleeves. Absolutely beautiful. Bright and sunny and no one will have this on at any party.
