Excellent condition Guess dress circa 2006. No snags or missing fringe. Fully lined. Body hugging. Size tag is cut but fits an XS/S. Falls 15” from natural waist to end before fringe. Mannequin has 34” bust, 27” waist. Stretchy with adjustable straps and tie.
