@dkowalczyk Im normally a size 3 or 5 in pants. Would this be too small?

Yes it probably would be unfortunately. There is no zipper or anything so to slip it on it has to go over your butt and hips. That's where I have a hard time with it and I usually wear a size 2 (4 at H&M).

@dkowalczyk I'm 5'4 and 120-125 lbs. I'm a size 00 in express pencil skirts, but I'd say a size 4 or maybe even 6 in H&M... Would this fit me well you think?
