kpatterson1973 @mdunn6600 It is 100% Polyester, hand wash cold inside out. Yes, there are sequins on both sides. The length is 16" from the neck to the hem, 14" from the underarm to the hem, and 23 1/4" from the shoulder to the hem. I hope this helps :)
