Guess short skirt with front opening. It says Size 6 but I'm a size 6 and i can't wear it. Just a little too small for me. I would say maybe size 4 or 5. 15 1/2" long. Zipper on the side. No rips, tears, stains.

Could you tell me the width across the hips and waist? I have much larger hips than waist so it’s hard to find skirts that work. Ty
