Guess striped Julia dress

One of my favorites! This dress is adorable. Worn twice to two short events, excellent condition. Starlight blue and white skinny stripes on a chiffon type material. Very flowy! (Perfect for spinning lol) Ruffles around the neckline, adjustable spaghetti straps, zip up side. Open back with cris-cross straps. Super flattering with a fitted waist and gathered fabric at bust.
