shangreen10 Hi thank you for your interest. There is no hood on the jacket . The sleeve length is 25.25 inches , 18 inches across bust (armpit to armpit.). Total length of jacket is 25.25 inches .

shangreen10 @kepe2006 hi I added a photo of me measuring it let me know if it helps. It does measures bigger than 18inches. The first time I measured I went straight across the front of the jacket .
