Dress is 41 inches in length from back of neck to hem. Jacket sleeve is 13 inches from arm pit to sleeve hem. (Minus the flared the sleeve) Flared sleeve is 6 inches in length and will hang past your wrist. This jacket will suit someone with long arms and broad shoulders.
