This dress is giving me Elvira vibes 🎃💀 Puffy sleeves go 3/4 of the way down your arm with a gathered portion at the end. Fitted bodice The dress is ankle length The back has a bit of flare as you walk away There is supposed to be another piece to it as it has a hook on the waistband in the back This dress is over 40 years old so it does have a few strings hanging and the velvet has some spots that look worn however it is a beautiful piece and a great addition to your wardrobe The size tag has been removed so pay attention to the measurements and let’s see if we can make this work Total length 46” Bust 32” or flat lay 16” Waist 26” My mannequin is a size 4/6
