Perfect quality, like new. They are more low rise than I prefer so they've been basically sitting in my closet since I got them. Size M - fits me well at 26" waist and 40" hip but prob even better for a 38" hip rise is 8" These are NOT Black Milk. They were a gift, and I am unsure of the maker.
