Is the “Medium” size similar to a girls Size 8? Or is it a toddler medium?

@kerigrafing sorry for the delay! So, I’m not quite sure, because this store is no longer in business and I got it years ago. I measured and the length is 11” and underarm to underarm it’s 18”. I hope that helps
