@dianelecik Hey girl, so I'm a 31/32, depending on stretch in the waist. I would say it depends on your stomach. I hold my weight in my stomach. These have a band at the top that on me goes more high rise, but they are stretchy and soft. I do not feel they make my stomach bulge if that helps. I bought these and forgot about them. They have never been worn. Hope that helps.
