It’s hard to see in the photos- is there a tiny scrunch butt detail?
The rise will be 8.5” and the waist 13” if these are a size small in the older style -could you verify these measurements, please.

@rikkijohnson713 there is a butt detail, but not a scrunch; it's more like a "seamless seam". the rise is 8.5" and the waist is 12.5" flat - see added pics!
