shopaholic3992 do they stay up while running and/or squatting? Also, I'm in between a small/med.. does this set run on the big or small side?

lyss_t_ @shopaholic3992 I’ve only worn this set a couple times and didn’t run in it, but while lifting, the leggings didn’t slip. On the GymShark website the size guide lists the medium as a 37.5” chest and 30” waist. I hope that helps!
