@amkane502 no worries I’m a 36 D/DD which is fine in my cotton gypsy dresses bc they do stretch and I wear a small in those .

@mel3279 hi again…it’s 14” across not stretched. I tried it on again…it’s a tad loose in the bust w/o a bra on me. I’m a 36 B/C depending on the day. Does this help?
