rrippyscott @yippeejf Yes they are true to size but if u have a fairly wide foot the manufacturer recommends to go up a size.

sandyrealtor @rrippyscott the flip flops that you sold me are not Gypsy soule! When I first received them the straps felt uncomfortable and scratchy on my feet. I wore them Friday for the 3rd time and the strap broke right off the right sandal. This is not Gypsy Soule quality at all. I am requesting a refund for my $114 and I will return the flip flops back to you.

rrippyscott @sandyrealtor they are 100% Gypsy Soule. I carried their shoes for years. I stopped once all the knock offs started coming out. I will contact them to see if they still have their repair policy. If they don't I will work with you on exchanging them for a different pair.

rrippyscott @sandyrealtor just talked to my old rep and she said Gypsy Soule went out of business about 6 years ago so they aren't covering any of the shoes anymore. can u remind me what size u ordered so I can check what I have in stock in your size?
