If you want a flattering cut, soft material and arm cover this dress is awesome! The length is probably about the knee for average height women. The pattern is busy enough to help conceal problem areas but not dizzying. I would describe it as navy overall with accents of white and turquoise. Great basic piece for any wardrobe! Machine washable! NWT and shops from a smoke free and pet free environment!
