Light and airy and floral, this is a NWT dress by H & M. In Size 10, Made in India, the sheer fabric is lined in black while the sleeves remain sheer. Floral design on black background, there’s an 8” ruffle along the bottom, a v-neck and a keyhole opening (7”) at back neckline that closes with a bow.
