H & M Floral Skirt Size 4

Super cute and fun floral skirt with slit side pockets. An elastic ruffle at waist. Fabric is a Viscose/polyester blend that feels like a soft cotton. Pretty Hibiscus flowers in oranges and has green, white, yellow colors as well. Easy care and wear doesn't seem to wrinkle. Size 4. 11.5" across elastic waist that stretches a couple more inches. 18.5" length (above knee on most)
