elfkin46 Roughly 10 1/2 to 10 3/4 that is from seam to seam in the thigh area. From the crotch to outer edge. Then if I measure a couple inches down from that it goes to 9”. The calf is around 6 1/2. Hope that helps. They fit pretty tight, I like tight pants but these are a little tight for me. Just being honest.
