H & M Pencil Skirt Size XS. The skirt is 76% Polyester, 22% Viscose, and 2% Elastane. Machine washable. Multicolored. The color of the skirt is black and off white. Pull On. The skirt has a slit at the bottom in the back. Mini. Stretchy. Textured. The skirt shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 13 1/2 inches, the hips are 17 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 19 1/2 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
