H & M summer dress

Navy and white airy summer dress. Adorable ruffle detail around neckline and “Cap” style sleeve (it is really sleeveless, but the ruffle comes slightly over your shoulder). Orange/red tie around the waist to add some pizzaz! Can wear a regular bra with this! I wore this to a rehearsal dinner for my friends wedding and received many compliments!
