Good condition. Blue silk fabric is sheer with black splotches. It is layered over a 9" peplum ruffle. The edges of the silk fabric have a finished edge and a slight gathered look. The seams also have a gathered look giving this top a wrinkled look. (See last picture.) Lining is blue and viscose & elastane fabric.
