H by Halston - linen blend- button down navy blue dress. Classic silhouette. Flattering waistline - would work best on someone around 5’5” or taller. (I’m 5’2” and the waist hits me in the wrong spot). Has a collar. Very lightly worn. The sleeves can be cuffed or un cuffed - in one photo of it hanging I have one sleeve cuffed and one un-cuffed for reference. Has dainty pearlescent buttons with tiny floral etching.
