H by Halston yellow hi-low tunic top

Perfect with leggings, check out this H by Halston tunic top with high-low hem. Front hem has a little elastic-as noted in pics. Great draped look. Measures about 19 inches from pit to pit, about 25 inches from shoulder to front bottom hem, back comes down to about 33-35 inches (bias cut in back) Excellent condition-no rips, stains or tears. Material is rayon/ spandex so it has good stretch, washes well.
