Reposhing this item I purchased from @sarajmacie. Missing the tie, and it was an "as is product", but NWT. It's a little dirty as when I got it (was sold off a pallet), see pictures for additional condition. The inside is super soft, a fine-weave terry; the exterior is more of a slick/smooth surface.
