H80: Best little black dress of all time - Cynthia Steffe designer- ruched swirl

Absolutely the favorite of all dresses I’ve owned - this is a playful yet sophisticated style - many layers of ruched black material and fully lined - but all stretch and enhances ANY body type . It looks stunning on and is super comfortable and fully lined with more stretch material . Cynthia Steffe high end designs are amazing . This is size 6 - so putting it out there for a 5’3 - 5’6 petite lady to enjoy. You do have to pull this over your head because of the criss cross shoulders - but it does have a side zip to get it over hips.
