Oriental-inspired with a high stand up collar and tasseled half zip front. Side pockets! Floral and stripe print in blues, turquoises, purple and white that features butterflies and birds. Short side slits on bottom. Shoulder pads. Perfect for a tropical vacation or lounging by the pool. Beautiful vintage piece. The shoulder pads date it to the 1990s.
