HAODUOYI High Low Dress

Brand new with tags, fun and flowy. Designer brand HAODUOYI. Excellent quality you can feel, fully lined, lays beautifully when worn. Update... I moved and it looks like the tags came off the dress somewhere during the move. They used to be there, but I just noticed they aren't there now. This dress is brand new and has never been worn, it just sat in a drawer at my last place and is now hanging in a closet.
