I and as stated unless I say NWT it is NOT new. It may have a wild strand of hair on it from time to time. We are girls and we have hair on our heads and when we brush our hair sometimes….. just sometimes a wild one decides it will fly around the room a cling to something. Do NOT buy anything from this closet if you are against any of the above. I love this posh community but something’s are starting to get ridiculous for used clothes.
